Yumei Silva has provided consulting services to Fortune 1000 companies and also worked in the procurement and sourcing functions in various international companies.

Yumei is a 18-year veteran of procurement and sourcing and has a long history of bringing a client focus and innovation in assisting businesses. She began her career at Fujian Provincial Native Products & Animal By-Products Import & Export Corporation in Xiamen, China, where she held the role of Manager, Garment Division.  Over the years, she advanced in a variety of leadership roles at Medical-World.com, Niles Audio Corporation, Eddie Bauer International (America) Inc., and Point Blank Body Armor. She began her consulting career in 2003 and provided liaison consulting services for various publicly traded companies in the United States and manufacturers in China.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida, and Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and International Business from Xiamen University, Fujian, P. R. China.
